Orders
You can easily place an order on our website by selecting the products you wish to purchase and following the checkout process. Add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once your order has been processed for shipment.
Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase, including the estimated shipping timeframe.
Shipping
We offer two shipping options: Standard and Expedited. Standard shipping is free for orders over $80, while Expedited shipping is free for orders over $200. For orders below these thresholds, Standard shipping costs $6, and Expedited shipping costs $11. For more details on delivery times, please visit our shipping policy.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website’s tracking tool to follow your order’s progress.
Currently, we only ship within the USA. Please check back for updates on future international shipping options.
Subscriptions
You can subscribe to regular deliveries of your favorite products by selecting the subscription option when adding the product to your cart. You can choose how frequently you'd like to receive the product (e.g., monthly or bi-monthly).
Subscription members receive a minimum 15% discount on all deliveries. With more frequent deliveries, you may qualify for even higher discounts.
Yes! Standard shipping is free for subscription orders over $30. Expedited shipping costs $11 for subscription orders below $200, but it’s free for subscription orders over $200.
You can manage your subscription through our dedicated subscription management panel. Here, you can adjust delivery dates, pause or cancel your subscription, or skip a single delivery if needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly provide a replacement or, in some cases, issue a refund. If you have a quality concern with the product itself, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us and request an exchange or refund.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you need assistance with a payment issue, please contact our customer service team for help.
Account Management
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, we encourage creating an account so that you can earn points for every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
You can create an account by clicking on the "Login" button (or here) located in the top-right corner of our website (on desktop) or in the dropdown menu (top-left corner) on mobile. Once there, enter your email to sign up. We use a passwordless system, so you’ll receive a one-time password via email every time you log in. Once registered, you can start earning points, track your order history, and access your loyalty rewards. Please note that subscriptions are managed in a separate panel.
