Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
For the fastest response, please contact us via our website's live chat as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we can only make changes or cancel an order before it has been picked up by the courier.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. You will also be kept informed about the shipping status via email. If you do not see these messages in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Where does Zenbioni ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping time depends on the option you choose at checkout:

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on the first purchase of any product. Subscribers have 60 days to request a return, while regular purchasers have 30 days. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent orders of the same product.
